What do I do with my lobsters when they arrive?

After we catch our live lobsters we keep them in our specially designed refrigerated salt water tanks at 36'F (this allows the lobsters to remain in their natural cool habitat), lobsters like the cold! Every lobster you order from TheLobsterGuy.com will be packed with care and shipped "ice cold" overnight in Styrofoam containers with icy cold gel packs. If you decide not to cook your lobsters upon arrival, they should be removed from their shipping container and stored in your cold refrigerator overnight but remember keep them upright dry and cold!...( You can place the packing paper and gel packs back on top of them in your fridge to ensure they are cold! Again, BE SURE TO KEEP THEM COLD AND DRY and DO NOT IMMERSE THE LOBSTERS IN ANY KIND OF WATER! REMEMBER,COLD AND DRY!

How do I cook my lobsters and seafood?

It' all depends on the cooking method you have planned and the way in which they are to be prepared, though we strongly suggest live lobsters are best simply steamed, and not boiled! Please follow the enclosed Lobsterguy cooking directions included in your order with preferred cooking times! We also provide care instructions as well as cooking times for all of of our great products which will come in the box with your order.

Great Lobsters!

My husband is from Boston and I wanted to bring a little New England to Fort Lauderdale for him. From the handwritten note to the excellent personal packaging by Jose, I was really impressed...and then there was the lobster..sweet, beautiful, succulent lobster. You made a very hardworking and deserving Boston Boy one happy clam. Thanks for the fabulous personal service and the top notch, quality lobster! Kudos to you all! Once my honey came out of his lobster coma, he just kept chanting...."Lobsterrrrr Guy, Lobsterrrrr Guy...." I'm pretty sure that meant we'll be lobster friends forEVAHHHHH ;~)

l;obster boil

Just finished up a lobster boil down in Nashville, Tn. and the lobster's were fantastic! We are trying to come with reasons to have another lobster boil! All went smoothly, from order on internet, shipping and of course eating! I will definitely use The Lobster guy again! Cindy
