1/4 cup of finely diced celery 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 2 cups of cooked lobster meat (cut up and chilled) 1. Mix the lobster meat with the celery and mayonnaise 2. After thoroughly mixing, place in the refrigerator until ready to eat. 3. Toast bread, rolls, or whatever you prefer (top with butter or margarine) 4. Spread the lobster mixture on top of the bread or rolls 5. ENJOY! |
